Udyr (The Animal Spirit) Build - League Of Legends (LOL)

Udyr, The Animal Spirit

The mystics of Ionia delve into the deepest mysteries of Valoran, pioneering the most inner depths of spirituality. Their adepts are some of the most devout proponents of enlightenment and harmony...but as is always the case, there are those who follow a very different path. Born in a grassy clearing under a red moon, Udyr has always been compelled by the primal drive within him. His will was not untempered, simply undomesticated. As a boy, he toiled on his father's farm, but he felt a much deeper connection with the mustangs that would graze in the distant fields than with the townsfolk who would visit. Oftentimes he was dragged into the house at night with a swat and a scolding when his parents would find him sleeping beneath the stars. On the day of his sixteenth birthday, Udyr bade his family farewell and struck a path to the east, determined to shed the trappings of ''civilized'' society. Freed of the shackles of cultural expectations, Udyr tapped into a well of inner ferocity he hadn't known before. His feral senses roiled to the surface and he let them overcome him. It was at this point in his life that Udyr truly lost his humanity. Poachers and travelers who entered his territory did so at terrible risk, and rarely managed to leave it. A monk on a long journey passed through his woods one day, and Udyr decided to scare him, leaping from a nearby brush. The monk casually turned and redirected Udyr to one side. Udyr, enraged, tried time and time again to best him, but the monk was unassailable. When Udyr was exhausted, the monk wordlessly beckoned him to follow, and together they walked in silence to the Hirana Monastery. The monks there took him in, and taught him to harness and control his animalistic fury...most of the time.

Champion Spells
Monkey's Agility Entering a stance grants Udyr 10% attack speed and 3% dodge for 5 seconds. This effect can stack.

Tiger Stance Tiger Stance: Activation - Udyr's next attack will deal a high amount of damage over 2 seconds, and Udyr's attack speed is increased for a few seconds. Persistent Effect - Udyr's attack speed is passively increased.

Turtle Stance Turtle Stance: Activation - Udyr gains a temporary shield that absorbs damage. Persistent Effect - Udyr's attacks cannot crit, but he restores his health and mana equivalent to a percentage of his damage dealt.

Bear Stance Bear Stance: Activation - Udyr gains a large movement speed increase for a short duration. Persistent Effect - Udyr's attacks stun his target for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target for several seconds.

Phoenix Stance Phoenix Stance: Activation - Udyr sends out pulsing waves of fire dealing damage to nearby foes for 5 seconds and has increased ability power and damage. Persistent Effect - Every third attack, Udyr engulfs enemies in front of him in flame.

Mastery + Runes

3x  Greater Quintessence of Alacrity (3,4 Attack speed per rune - which is perfect for this build or 3x Greater Quintessence of Fortitude (each gives you 26+ healt which is good for a tank)
- 9x  Greater Mark of Insight (each gives you 0,95 Magic penetration; at this point you are thinking perhaps "hey why magic penetration instead of armor penetration?" well i'm using those because both main skills  [Phoenix Stance] &  [Tiger Stance] are dealing magic damage and this guild will focus on tanking which means you'll have to change your stances as much as posible.

- 9x  Greater Seal of Resilience (also take (each rune will give you 1,41 armor, which will help
you in the early game against the creeps or AD champs). But you can also pick

Greater Seal of Evasion (but to mention they are expensive as a ferrari).

- 9x Greater Glyph of Focus (each rune gives you -0.65% cooldowns which is great for changing your stances as fast as posible)

In test:

In test were the  Greater Quintessence of Alacrity , they give you a 3.4% attack speed per rune which was a big success at jungling with [Phoenix Stance] so for the following reason they are now a must in my tank build.

Wukong (That Funky Monkey) Build - League Of Legends (LOL)

Wukong is a bruiser-dps fighter who is nice to build defensively but with a lot of damage later on as well as early-game. Early he does very nice damage thanks to the huge armour pen. Crushing blow adds to this armour pen and he can destroy squishes very early on. Even being a bruiser type champ he still has a very nice escape mechanic which is none other than Decoy which allows him to escape fights even while being able to take a beating.

An incredible fun champion to play and well worth the IP/RP.

Abilities

This is like jax's empower but better as it is useful for a number of things at all ranks it reduces the targets by 30% so not ranking this up first is completely fine. Thanks to that you can deal huge damage early game while getting more tanky items.
The most important thing about this ability is that it resets your auto attack so make sure to use it straight after an auto- attack to make use of that unique effect.

This can be the most powerful escape mechanic used well. This can be ranked up second to reduce the CD but as i build him a bit tanky mid game i'd advise to get more damage with crushing blow. This ability can be used to trick oppenents and make a getaway by moving in the opposite direction.

There are many different ways to use this ability such as:
To escape from a team fight if things are going well as noticing you will be hard.
While being chased can be used to stealth to a nearby brush.
Can be used when in a brush for a sneak attack gank.
If in a brush and you get reviled by Clairvoyance then decoy out so that they think your in that brush for those crucial seconds.

This is your main ability it is brilliant to engage into fights while doing a large amount of AOE dmg and it gives an AS boost at the end. Its a brilliant chaser ability and the damage is nothing to joke about.

Judgement and Unstoppable force combined. It does brilliant damage while allowing to CC any players. This can be used to disrupt channelling spells and to CC any players so your team can grab a free kill. Did you miss someone? no matter you get increased movement speed and can easily catch up to players.

First is  what Boots shpould I take and why?

or
The most common mistake is to take Berserker greaves, most players will think "oo AS, more dmg, yay!" no bad idea as much as awesome how much AS you get from Berseker's . But the main reason why we don't choose beserker's is because if we are getting caught in a CC its Game Overand you will die but you can never be too sure if you will get CC'd but at vital times you can not risk it.

So, Concluding from this we take Merc treads to allow the CD reduction and nice M resist as remember CC is a big issue.

We rush Trinity Force as it gives awesome general stats not to mention the sheen proc and slow early game. Tri-force gives everything Wukong needs. From AP for decoy to movement speed for chasing. Getting this item allows a good early game advantage and will easily be able to dish out huge amounts of damage.

Ii is nice to build Wukong tanky early on instead of getting more heavy AD as thanks to Triforce anyway you are still able to do a nice bit of damage.

Warmog's benefits you with: 1400 more health to be able to survive more especially when you're in the middle of the enemy team Cycloning. The health we get will maximise the effectiveness of the Atma's Impaler.

Is the second "tanky" item i get as it gives nice armour but it synergizes well with the Frozen Mallet and  Trinity Force as with the extra hp you get more AD from atmas. By this time in the game you should be nearing 3000hp so Atmas will give you 60 AD which is amazing since it gives you a nice 45 armour and Crit at the same time.

Now get as we have been accumulating a lot of items which don't give a lot of AD and some nice tanky stats aswell. So by this time your damage will start to slack thats why i think it's quite essential to get some more AD. The Bloodthirster gives a huge amount of AD if you farm and gotten it and gives nice lifesteal. Using Cyclone in the midst of five people joined with your passive and Bloodthirster will make you unkillable unless cc'd which Mercury's treads compensate for.

Our last Item can depend on the game. If it get this far will always get an Infinity Edge. I believe that end game when nearly always there are 5 enemies so your passive gives you 40 Armour and MResist so allowing you to get a bit more AD. With Tri force, Atmas and Edge you will have some nice crit anyway making Infinity edge a good option.

Remember!
Infinity edge can be replaced with any of the defensive items below if you find yourself taking too much damage.

Summoner Spells

Preferred:

brilliant when you have just used your ulti so you can keep them slowed so they will take full damage and be able to kill them without of chance of them getting away.

is used because it makes it easier to chase champions and it someone is faster to keep up to be able to auto-attack.

Other Options

is an awesome spell that allows you to jump over walls offensively and defensively and if anyone prefers this over ghost sure it's just as good. A long CD but still very good.

is still very good but I prefer to get some sort of escape mechanic.

Meh Spells

is good for cross map ganks or back dooring but in a good elo the other team have great map awareness

is okay but let your support take it.

This would be a nice guide but it depends on the player how to build his champion.

Nidalee (the bestrial huntress) Build - League Of Legends (LOL)

There are few dwellers, let alone champions, residing in the blasted and dangerous lands that lie south of the Great barrier. Much of that world still bears the scars of past Rune Wars, especially the mysterious Kumungu Jungle. There are long-forgotten treasures in these strange places which many risk life and limb to acquire. The champion known as Nidalee was only a young girl travelling with her treasure-seeking parents when they lost their way in the dense, rainy jungles. The jungle was unforgiving, and she watched her parents suffer agonizing final days at they fell victim to a mysterious and vicious disease. As improbable as it was for a child to survive in the inhospitable jungle by herself, she did just that. Her youthful innocence and a fortunate naivete caused her to appeal to the beasts of that place and she was taken in by a family of cougars and raised as one of their own. She grew and somehow absorbed the raw magic of the dense wilds, evolving beyond both her human physiology and her feline affectation. On one pivotal day in her life, standing over the torn remnants of a Noxian squad of woodcutters, Nidalee chose to rejoin the so-called civilized world, to fight in the League of Legends so as to protect the vast woods from both Demacia and Noxus. Nidalee was taught to fight by her feline family, battling viciously with tool and nail. Something in her feline ways may draw you to her, but remember that she is no pussycat.

Masteries + Runes

Marks - 9x +1.96 Armor Penetration
Seals - 9x +0.75% Dodge
Glyphs- 9x +0.27 health regen / 5 sec.
Quints- 3x +1.5% Dodge

Of course Crit Chance is always welcome for almost any character. Mana Regen is a welcome substitute for the health regen as well, however the Dodge I feel is something that is more of a "Key" element.

Abilities

Prowl
Moving through brush increases Nidalee's movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds.

"Please keep in mind, that the 2 seconds, only applies when you LEAVE the bushed area. So make sure to run completely through it for escaping/ganking. Keeping this one minor trick in mind, you can really save yourself allowing you to play a little more aggressive."

Javelin Toss / Takedown
Human: Nidalee tosses her javelin, dealing 55/95/140/185/215 (+ ability power) magic damage on impact (deals up to 250% damage the further away the target is).

Cougar: Nidalee's next attack deals an additional 40/70/100 damage (with up to a 200% multiplier the lower her opponent's life is).

"Human - This move is your pride and joy. Once you learn how to anticipate your enemies movements, this skill will undoubtedly land you the killing blow on characters with enhanced speed. (Yi, Udyr, Teemo and Ghost ability.)

Cougar - The key here is "Next Attack" This means you can activate it, POUNCE, and then the move is used to get that killing blow. If you can get in the habit of triggering this just before you pounce, you'll find yourself often finishing where you otherwise would need a another pounce or two."

Bushwhack / Pounce
Human: Nidalee lays a trap that deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+ ability power) damage over 2 seconds and reveals the target for 12 seconds. Champion armor and magic resistance is reduced by 20/25/30/35/40% for the duration. Traps last for 4 minutes.

Cougar: Nidalee lunges forward, dealing 125/175/225 (+ ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemies.

"Human - Bushwhack does exactly as its name implies. With this ability, you can greatly reduce your fear of the bush. Paying attention to where you enemies tend to enter from, you can place a trap right at those locations to help push them out, and if they don't, a good Javelin toss will scare them away.

Cougar - This is your PRIMARY cougar ability. Whenever Possible, Pounce. It has a wide variety of uses. The most obvious being chasing and fleeing. But when facing opponents who are trying to 1on1 you, if your constantly pouncing back and forth, not only are you doing the damage, your making yourself harder to target with abilities and skill shot moves! And don't forget, you can jump small ledges with pounce, giving you a great advantage."

Primal Surge / Swipe
Human: Nidalee heals an ally champion for 75/120/165/210/255(+ ability power) and grants a 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed for 8 seconds.

Cougar: Nidalee claws at enemies in front of her, dealing 150/225/300 (+ ability power) magic damage.

"Human - For a majority of the first portion of the match you will most likely use this a lot. Keep in mind this is also an attack speed buff, Which cast just before cougar shift, can give you a good start to the fight, specially with life steal and eager casters wanting to waste abilities. Don't be a hog, heal your lane mate, this will greatly help you out having them stay there longer.

Cougar - Great source of Damage in a fight, specially team fights. This + Pounce is also a great way to kill off a massive wave of creeps for quick Gold."

Aspect Of The Cougar
Nidalee transforms into a vicious cougar, gaining 20 movement speed, 10% dodge, and a new set of abilities.

"The most important thing to remember about Cougar form, is that the shift, as well as all abilities cost NO MANA! So don't be afraid to pop off your moves in Human form!! As you can see you get a minor movement speed and a beautiful +10% Dodge. When fleeing and chasing, do the majority in Cougar form. The speed bonus + Pounce will give you a great advantage, and AIM for bushes if you can. But most important, don't be predictable with your routes!"

Skill Order

This skill order heavily favors Primal Surge, because it is nice to be aggressive early on and the level 3 Javelin Toss is effective for the most part to last.

Summoner Abilities

Cleanse
I take cleanse over Exhaust because with the total speed, Prowl and Pounce in the mix, on top of Frozen Mallet, them out running is rare.

Flash
Flash is useful for both Offensive and Defensive reasons. Can give you that extra push in cougar to get them if they flash themselves, can save you deeply when used with Cleanse when caught by the other team.

Items

Building up is solely based on how much Gold your earning from last hits and kills. So better gather much gold as possible.

Starting Items

Buy Phantom Dancer

Which order to buy these two items is up to you, depends on how your match is going. If your falling behind in damage, I recommend the Infinity, however because your main damage is your abilities, the Frozen Mallet is my personal choice before hand. Health + Slow is nice.

Buy Frozen Mallet

or

Buy Infinity Edge

Sell Philosopher's Stone

Buy Banshee's Veil

Generally, if the match goes that long, adding in Banshee's to help with some of those pesky moves that champions use to start the encounter.

Final Build

 Important Things To Consider

Lane- Stick to top or bottom lanes to start, the bush will give you a good chance to run up and get behind enemies early on. TALK to your lane mate, communicate for ganks, ping your targets. Primal Surge can be used for both of you so if they are melee, don't be afraid to give them the heal, it pays off. Keep a fair distance, and use Javelin toss to harass OFTEN, don't get annoyed at periods of low mana due to using a lot of Primal Surge. Remember it is an Attack Speed buff as well. Using Primal Surge on yourself just before attacking a tower, is a great tactic to help bring in that gold for your team.

Cougar is meant to be used for ganking mostly, so use your range to control the lane, your long range skill shot and heal will be most effective at this. Try and keep at least a Bushwhack in the little bush patch coming from river, this can save you and your lane mates lives! After level 11, when Cougars abilities gain the second damage boost, feel free to really start ganking now, you should be quite capable at assisting other lanes at this point for tower pushes and defending.

Team Fights- In team fights, try to always Pounce into the fight, spam abilities as soon as they are off cooldown, remember they have no Mana cost, so don't be afraid to spam some heals and Javelin throws. Pounce out if you need a quick heal, or to throw your Javelin to finish off a fleeing target. Be aware of creep paths, it will effect your Javelin throws. Otherwise just focus fire with your team if possible, your dodge will make it easier to take on Melee heroes, however casters are still able to inflect a chunk of damage, but generally are squishy enough that you can start off cougar, go human, heal and finish them off.
